The class was fantastic! I have been struggling to create boundaries all of my life, and I recently started trying to focus on learning how to create them because of the importance. Before this class I knew I had to create boundaries, but I did not know exactly where to start or even how. Thanks to you I was able to start creating boundaries by addressing my own values, and taking it from there. This class provided me with the information I needed to know about boundaries. It was nice that it was a smaller class, so I was able to ask the questions without having to worry about time or other people. I appreciate the helpful tips given.
